Shop IceDogs Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange of the item(s) within 30 days* of purchase. All goods returned or exchanged will only be allowed if they are in their original condition. Please note that once a jersey is crested that becomes a final sale and it can not be returned or exchanged.
|With Receipt:||Items returned within the guidelines that are accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method.
|Without Receipt:||Items returned within the guidelines without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price plus applicable sales tax. Such items may be exchanged for the same product or returned for merchandise credit in the form of an IceDogs gift card.
* Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.
What credit cards do you accept as forms of payment?
The Shop IceDogs Online Store accepts Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, American Express, and Discover.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. Online security is our highest priority. Our web store is specifically designed to be safe so you can feel comfortable using your credit card via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

If you would like to order by phone, or need more information, please call (905) 687-3641 ext. 221 from 9 am - 5 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
- Within Canada - $15 flat rate
- Within U.S - $20 flat rate
- Rest of world - $35 flat rate
Shipping costs may vary from country to country. Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Our standard shipping rate is $35 if you are outside of the U.S and Canada. However, if you have a preferred carrier please feel free to email us and we will help arrange the best shipping rates for you.

Do you provide a tracking number for my order?
When you place an order, we will ask you for a valid e-mail address. At the time of shipment, an e-mail will be sent containing a tracking number.
