Shop IceDogs Return Policy with Original Receipt ONLY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange of the item(s) within 30 days* of purchase as noted on the original receipt. All goods returned or exchanged will only be allowed if they are in their original condition. Items returned within the guidelines must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method.

• Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.

EU Right of Withdrawal Policy - Customers in the EU: 

Customers in the EEA have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, no reason required, and a full refund will be provided within 14 days of receiving the return. If you decide to return the product within the 14-day period, you are responsible for the costs of postage and packaging. To exercise this right, please fill out the EU Withdrawal Request Form on our website, by clicking on the "Cancel Contract" button at the bottom of the page.
