If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange of the item(s) within 30 days* of purchase. All goods returned or exchanged will only be allowed if they are in their original condition. Please note that once a jersey is crested that becomes a final sale and it can not be returned or exchanged.

Items returned within the guidelines that are accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method.

Items returned within the guidelines without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price plus applicable sales tax. Such items may be exchanged for the same product or returned for merchandise credit in the form of an IceDogs gift card.

Shipping Charges
- Within Canada - $20 flat rate
- Within U.S - $30 flat rate
- Rest of world - $55 flat rate
International Delivery
Shipping costs may vary from country to country. Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Our standard shipping rate is $40 if you are outside of the U.S and Canada. However, if you have a preferred carrier please feel free to email us and we will help arrange the best shipping rates for you.

Do you provide a tracking number for my order?
When you place an order, we will ask you for a valid e-mail address. At the time of shipment, an e-mail will be sent containing a tracking number.
